We wish to introduce you to and extraordinary young lady, Ms. Ain Ealey and invite you to a “Bon Voyage Celebration’ in honor of Ms. Ealey, January 17th, 6:30 – 8:30 pm, Pierre’s on Madison, 3435 E. 28th Avenue.
Voices on Canvas is sponsoring a Bon Voyage Celebration for Ms. Ealey, a East High School junior, as she heads to Washington DC to accepts the position of Page in the US Senate during the second semester of her junior year.
Ms. Ealey was the First Place winner of Voices on Canvas second annual, 2008 Youth Art Competition. Her piece titled, ‘Where I Live’ “everything from police brutality, closed schools, and educational success is show on my canvas. I incorporated a poetic view within my art to further explain my view.” Ms. Ealey states.
Ms. Ealey is on the Debate Team at East and an accomplished poet and artist. Please come and share her life achievements and celebrate her accomplishments.
