AGENDA:
1. Discussion about proposed ordinance to expand number of beds at 4 community corrections facilities in industrial zones – Greg Mauro of Denver Community Corrections. City Council will have a public hearing on May 19.
2. Discussion with Scott Robson, Deputy Manager of Parks Planning (now acting Manager of Parks and Recreation Department) about general parks planning issues – bring your concerns.
3. Discussion with Barbara Frommell of Denver Community Planning and Development Department about the development of “state of the neighborhood” documents (formerly called neighborhood profiles) to describe current facts/status of neighborhoods.– how they can help your neighborhood
4. Discussion with Adrian Brown, president of Baker Historic Neighborhood Association, about a lawsuit filed against the group by a developer.
5. Status report on zoning code update process.
6. Status report on Citizen Planning subcommittee of Zoning and Planning Committee
7. Any other business.

The committee usually meets on the 4th Saturday of every month. The next meeting’ however, will be May 17 in order to avoid the Memorial Day weekend. Same time, same location. Please calendar ahead.
