All Phases Production and Green Apple Festival are currently finalizing the following plans and information:1-Schedule:
Speakers and music are scheduled from 1-6 pm, with 3 of the bands playing acoustic sets thru the PA. Confirmed acts are:
The Neville Brothers (the First Family of Funk and R&B)
The Benevento/Russo Duo (Progressive jazz/funk favorites)
Rose Hill Drive (Boulder’s own rock power trio) performing acoustic

2-Parking:
We are working to acquire the Auraria Campus lot for RTD Busses to shuttle people to the site. We are also working to acquire the East High School parking lot for backup parking in case there is a problem with traffic. Neighborhoods, Zoo, Golf Course and Museum will be signed with NO Festival Parking signs as agreed upon by all parties. All Phases is meeting with the Denver Police tomorrow to discuss traffic and parking regulations for the event.
3-Information:
We will have advertisements in Westword, the Festival Website, Boulder Weekly and local establishments, all with an emphasis on the “FREE Parking at Auraria Campus lot and RTD busses to the event” messaging. We will have radio campaigns emphasizing the people to Walk, Ride or Take Public Transportation and letting them know about the FREE parking and shuttle from Auraria Campus
4-Communications:
We are working with the Zoo, Park, Police, Museum and Neighborhood Groups to get the information and plans in place for the traffic and parking.
5-Alcohol:
NO ALCOHOL AT THE EVENT.
6-Sound:
We are working to develop a plan to ensure that sound levels are in compliance with City noise ordinances and are acceptable to the Denver Zoo.
