Chuck Morris, AEG Live, CRL Associates are planning a three-day music festival in North City Park, which could attract up to 50,000 attendees per day. NCPCA Board Members and officers, as well as concerned neighbors like Representative Rosemary Marshall and Harold Brewer have been meeting with the promoters regarding the proposed music festival. After the presentations we will be opening the floor for discussion.
